Cais do Sodré serves as a departure and arrival point for many residents on the opposite side of the River Tagus. We highly recommend taking a boat trip between Cacilhas and Cais do Sodré to appreciate Lisbon from a different perspective. The boats used for this crossing are charmingly old and have an open-top deck, providing a magnificent view of Lisbon, particularly Cais do Sodré. The ticket costs just over €1, and the boat ride lasts around 8 minutes. While in Cacilhas, it is highly recommended to try one of the many excellent restaurants available for lunch or dinner.
